A friend sent this to me this week and I thought it was so cute,  I wanted to share it with you!   I don't know about you, but sometimes I  tend to take life so seriously.  There is a saying I've heard that says "Laughter is the best medicine."

I think that is so true.  Find time in your day each day to laugh!
